Ordering & payment
How do I order? Add toys to your cart, sign in with Google or email, choose your delivery address and pay. You get an email confirmation and can see the order in My Orders.
Why do I need to sign in? So every order is saved to your account and you can track it any time.
How can I pay? UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallets - all securely through Razorpay.
Do you offer cash on delivery? No, we accept online payment only (UPI, cards, net banking or wallets).
Do prices include GST? Yes. Every price includes GST, and you get a GST tax invoice for each order.
Can I use a coupon? Yes, one coupon per order. Enter it at checkout, or open a coupon link and it is applied automatically.
Do you take bulk or school orders? Yes. For schools, events, return gifts or other bulk orders, message us on WhatsApp (9158230601) or email [email protected] with the toy and the quantity.
Delivery
How much is delivery? ₹99 per order, and free on orders of ₹999 or more. Complete your profile to get one free delivery.
How long does delivery take? We pack your order within 1-2 working days and the courier takes about 3-6 days. Most orders arrive in 4-8 working days.
How do I track my order? You get a tracking link when your order ships. You can also open My Orders, or the Track Order page with your order number and email.
Do you deliver outside India? Not yet - we deliver within India only.
Returns
Can I return a toy? Yes, within 30 days if it is unused and in its original packaging. If it arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we replace or refund it for free. See the Returns page for details.
Our toys & apps
Which age is a toy for? Every toy shows its age on the card (for example 5+), and you can shop by age on the home page.
What are the free apps? Many of our toys come with a free online app or game, such as Numslide, Arithmetic Board and Walking Robot. Find them on the Apps page - no download needed.
How does the Custom Name Keychain work? You design it yourself in Keychain Studio - name, font and colours - and we 3D-print it for you. Personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Who makes Woodwhiz toys? Every toy is designed by Woodwhiz Toys™ and sold by us directly. Made in India.
