Simple and fair: unused toys can come back within 30 days, and damaged or wrong items are on us.

30 days to return

You can return a toy within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging with all parts.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send a photo or unboxing video.

We replace it or refund you in full. You pay nothing for the return.

Changed your mind

You send the toy back by courier at your own cost.

We refund the price of the toy. The original delivery charge is not refunded.

Not returnable

Made-to-order or personalised items (such as name keychains), unless they arrive damaged.

Toys that have been used or are missing parts or packaging.

Exchanges

Within 15 days of delivery you can exchange an unused toy for a different toy of the same or higher price (you pay the difference). One exchange per order.

We reply with the return address within 1 working day.

Refunds

Refunds go to your original payment method (UPI, card or net banking) within 10 days after we receive the return.

Your bank may take 3–5 more working days to show it.
