For buying from Woodwhiz Toys at woodwhiztoys.com.

1. Who we are

woodwhiztoys.com is run by WOODWHIZ TOYS, GSTIN 27AADCW8627M1ZN, Maharashtra, India. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You need to sign in to order, so every order is saved and can be tracked. Keep your login safe and your details correct. You must be 18 or older to place an order.

3. Products and prices

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST.

Photos show the real product, but colours and surface finish can vary slightly from piece to piece.

The age on each toy is a guide. Some toys have small parts: young children should play with an adult nearby.

If a price is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order before dispatch and refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed once the payment succeeds. You get a confirmation email and a GST tax invoice.

We accept online payment only (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) through Razorpay. No cash on delivery.

We may cancel an order (for example if a toy is out of stock or the payment looks fraudulent) and then refund you in full.

5. Coupons

One coupon per order. Each coupon shows its own conditions (minimum order, end date, uses). Coupons have no cash value and may end at any time. If an order with a coupon is cancelled or refunded, the coupon use is returned.

6. Delivery

We deliver within India only. We pack orders within 1-2 working days, and the courier usually takes 3-6 days. Delivery costs ₹99, and is free on orders of ₹999 or more. Every order gets a tracking link. Courier delays can happen and are outside our control.

7. Returns and refunds

Unused toys can be returned within 30 days. Damaged or wrong items: tell us within 48 hours. The full rules are on our Returns page (woodwhiztoys.com/returns).

8. Made-to-order products

Some products (such as the Custom Name Keychain) are designed by you in our app and made for you. Please check the spelling before ordering: we make what you design. We may refuse text that is offensive or uses someone else's brand. Personalised items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged.

9. Free apps

Our online apps and games are free to use and may change or be updated at any time.

10. Our name and designs

The Woodwhiz Toys™ name and logo, our toy designs, photos, texts and apps belong to Woodwhiz Toys. Please don't copy them without our permission.

11. Liability

As far as the law allows, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

12. Law and disputes

These terms follow the laws of India. Please contact us first; we try to solve every problem quickly. Courts of Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
